Does my real product appear in the ad?

My product link does not work, what can I do?
Some sites protect their images. On the site, right-click the product photo, choose Copy Image, then paste it into Xomia (Cmd+V or Ctrl+V), or drag it in.

Which formats?

What if a generation fails?
If a generation fails for a technical reason (model outage, timeout), your credits are returned automatically and your brief is kept, so you can retry in one tap. If the video is refused by the model’s safety filter because of the content provided (prohibited content, a brand or a real person without rights), the credits are used. If you leave the page during creation, your ad is still saved in Your spots.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. It stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Can I use my ads commercially?
Yes, for your brand and products, in line with our terms of use and the platforms’ rules.
Can I use photos or brands that are not mine?
Only if you hold the rights. You remain responsible for the images, logos and brands you upload.
Can I publish directly to my social accounts?
Yes. Your ad can be published to your TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X accounts, with your approval.
What happens to my data?
It is used only to create your ads. Everything is detailed in our privacy policy.
